Is there a minimum office size for commercial cleaning?
Not with Limpio. There is no minimum square footage and no minimum contract size. A two room suite in Northeast and a full floor in the North Loop get the same written scope of work and the same crew, only scaled to what each space needs.
How often does a small office need cleaning?
Most small offices in Minneapolis land on two or three visits a week. Daily service usually makes sense once you have heavy client traffic, a shared kitchen in constant use or restrooms open to visitors.
