Restrooms that never become somebody’s problem.
The restroom is the room your visitors judge you by
Nobody compliments a clean restroom. But a client who finds an empty dispenser at eleven in the morning draws a conclusion about how the whole operation is run, and they draw it in about four seconds. It is the least glamorous part of a facility and the one that does the most damage when it slips.
Limpio cleans and disinfects restrooms on every visit and restocks the consumables from the supplies your office already keeps on site. That second part matters more than it sounds: most restroom complaints are not about cleanliness at all, they are about something having run out and nobody owning the job of noticing.
What our restroom service covers
Every visit, as part of the plan, not as an extra.
Fixtures & Surfaces
Toilets, urinals, sinks, counters and partitions cleaned and disinfected, with the fixtures done in the correct order so nothing gets cross contaminated.
Floors & Drains
Mopped every visit with attention to the areas around fixtures where odour actually starts, which is almost never the bowl itself.
Restocking From Your Supplies
Toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap refilled from the stock you keep on site, so dispensers do not run empty between visits.
Mirrors & Dispensers
Mirrors, dispensers, dryers and stall latches wiped and disinfected. These are the surfaces people see up close.
Waste & Sanitary Bins
Emptied, relined and staged every visit, with sanitary units handled discreetly.
Written Into Your Scope
Frequency and coverage agreed before the first clean, so nobody has to decide in the moment whether the restroom is included today.
Restocking is a scheduling problem, not a cleaning problem
In most offices, supplies run out because the job belongs to nobody. Someone notices, tells someone else, and either the order gets placed or it does not. The cleaning company assumes the office handles stock, the office assumes the cleaner handles it, and the dispenser is empty on the day you have a client in the building.
We take that off the list. You buy the consumables you want, in the brand you want, and keep them on site. On every visit we refill from that stock and tell you when it is running low, so ordering stays your decision and noticing stops being your job. It also means you are never paying a markup on paper towels.
It is a small thing that removes an entire category of small annoyances. Nobody on your team ends up buying toilet paper on their own card again.

Common Questions
Do you supply the toilet paper and soap, or do we?
You do. You buy the consumables in the brand and quality you want and keep them on site, and we restock the dispensers from that stock on every visit. You avoid a markup and keep control of what your team actually uses.
How often should commercial restrooms be cleaned?
On every visit, at minimum. The real question is how often we should visit, and that depends on how many people use the restrooms and whether visitors use them too. A restroom serving forty people through a full day usually needs midday attention on top of the regular service.
What causes restroom odour if it is being cleaned?
Almost always the floor and the area around the base of the fixtures rather than the fixtures themselves. Mopping over it spreads it. It needs the right product and attention to the joint between floor and fixture, which is part of our standard scope.
Is restroom cleaning included in the regular plan?
Yes. It is part of both office cleaning and janitorial services, written into the scope of work with its frequency agreed up front.
