Limpio is a locally owned cleaning company based in Minneapolis. Our crews clean offices and buildings across the metro every week under written service agreements, and we bring that same way of working home: a clear checklist before we start, the same standard on every visit, and one person to call if anything needs attention. We speak English and Spanish, so you can reach us in whichever is easier for you.
Questions people ask before they book.
How is the price determined?
By the service you choose, the size and layout of your home, and its current condition. You tell us those three things in the form and we send a written price for the visit within one business day. There are no hourly surprises: the number on the quote is the number on the invoice.
How do I use the 10% welcome offer?
Write "first clean" in the message when you request your quote. The discount is applied to your first visit, on any of our five services, and it shows on the written quote so you can see it before you confirm.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients leave a key, a code or a lockbox and come back to a finished home. If you prefer to be there, that is fine too. Either way you get a message when the team is on the way and when they are done.
Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?
No. We bring everything, from vacuums and mops to all cleaning products. If you have a product you want us to use on a specific surface, leave it out and let us know.
How should I prepare my home?
You don't need to clean before we clean. A quick pickup of clothes, toys and dishes helps the team spend their time on the actual cleaning instead of sorting, but it isn't required. For move-in and move-out visits the home should be empty or close to it.
Do you clean around pets?
Yes. Let us know who lives there and where they will be during the visit. We are happy to work around them; we just ask that they are somewhere they feel comfortable while the doors open and close.
What is not included?
We don't move heavy furniture or appliances, clean exterior windows above the first floor, handle biohazards or pest issues, or wash walls beyond spot cleaning. Anything not on the checklist for your service can usually be added as an extra; just ask when you request your quote.
What if something was missed?
Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to redo the area at no charge. This is written on your quote. We would rather fix it than have you wonder whether to mention it.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled visit and we move it to a day that works, no fee. Changes with less than 48 hours' notice may carry a fee, since the team has already been assigned to your home.

Minneapolis, St. Paul, Plymouth, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park and the surrounding seven-county Twin Cities metro, roughly 50 miles from downtown Minneapolis. If you are close to the edge, send us your address and we will confirm.
